Thanks everybody. So many sites with great content.
My choice was made for me for administrative reasons, sadly. I only have paypal set up at the moment. I'm not going to open an account with epassporte after all the shit I read on them. I am considering ccBill, but right now I only want one or maybe two programs, and it seems too much hassle to go through just for that.
Luckily, there's a couple people offering paypal with excellent content and quite some fame behind them, and so I'm happy.
edit : i forgot : Massive dollars says "Sorry we blocked webmasters from your country. If you feel this is wrong, please contact us and we will look at your situation.". As I've said other places, it's really not intelligent to filter out Costa Rica.
