Sounds like they were the worst shots in history. Hit her multiple times with a beanbag shotgun? Multiple times with a tazer? Surrrrre they did. They probably missed every time and got scared of a 5 foot 6 inch woman that they pulled out a handgun and nervously fired, hoping to hit the broadside of a barn.
