I've had an inspiron for about 3 years now.
It's awesome !
I've had a couple problems, but Dell took care of them promptly.
Even when one problem was out of warranty (before the lawsuit). They still took care of it.
I guess since the lawsuit was won, my warranty is extended until this winter !
