I see that you have ignored my previous email and fraudulently charged my
credit card.

You are advised as follows :

1. The service you are invoicing has been cancelled April 26, and your
staff has confirmed it's cancellation at that time.
2. You were responsible for removing my financial and personally
identifiable information from your database.

You have 24 hours to :

1. Issue refunds for charges you have fraudulently made after April 26.
2. Remove my financial and personally identifiable information from any
and all databases you maintain, either directly or through any third
parties.
3. Provide sufficient proof as to your compliance with 1) and 2) above.

Should you fail to comply within 24 hours, I will file a complaint with
the credit card company regarding your dishonest business practices as
well as notify the FTC as to your illegal manipulation of customer data.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, I reserve all rights, including, but not
limited to, the right to institute proceedings against your company in the
United States.
