When you call into the customer support for your local cable provider, pissed off about something or other, what kind of response do you expect? First off, I'm sure you expect an actual response. Second, being told to "fuck off", in essence, would piss you off even further. Right?

Customer support is customer support. Yes, sometimes it is very difficult dealing with "annoying" or "irate" customers, but thats the job. Thats what it entails. Answering questions, making pissed off people happy, creating goodwill...
