The business plan in it's basics are real simple - a paypal type system for adult. Some starting limits and then after id / passport, etc checks limits are raised.. You pretty much have to do some checks re: the patriot act.. Always better to follow regs and laws and have a long lasting company then to skirt the laws and get the hammer... I am a long relationship type of person...

Excellent 24 / 365 day a yr customer service. That is a must when growing an operation / company of this size.... Even if you don't have 24/365 phone / voice support - you gotta at least have email / backend support.

If visa usa / and most 3rd party billers check out your sites before you can process visa - mabey a new company would think of doing the same... Not sure on this but the less risk for the company and webmasters the better...
