You are right that the two sites are different. I just meant that his website was already an established website, has thousands of pictures, hundreds of video's and already had a few thousand members when he sold it. So the people that bought it knew that they already have a few thousand members, and that they would make their money back pretty fast. I am not saying that your website is a bad site. I am just saying that if you only have the content you mentioned and 200 members that is a high price to pay for that website. If you can get someone to pay 55K for it, more power to you. It never hurts to try and get your asking price. Good luck with the site. I hope it works out either way.
