so your going after webmasters that promote sites that may have the paris hilton tape in their members area? why not just go after the party that's using the video, and once they are shutdown then webmaster's can't promote them.

just asking. i've been promoting your affiliate program for awhile, but this is scary. lets say i threw up some links to a celebrity affiliate site on 5 of my 1,000 site network and one day they decide to use the paris hilton video as a marketing promotion without me knowing it. and since there is no way in hell webmasters check every single affiliate link they have on all their sites everyday they could get involved in a legal issue they never new anything about.

too me the fair thing would be just to seek legal judgement after the actual sites using the tape and not the webmasters promoting the sites. seriously, i run hundreds of sites with links to over 50 affiliates, and if they decided to use the paris hilton material one day without me knowing it there would be no way i can find this out rather quickly.

just some thoughts.
