Probably! I have no idea how that works. Right now it's automatically fed into a debit card. I've left all the info on how to withdraw it with my family included in my other "this is really important" stuff. I would THINK it would be a part of my estate and he'd have to keep paying. He filed BK a couple of years ago - thankfully he couldn't include this - so I doubt he'll have much of an estate to go after when he croaks.
