both offences happend a long time ago. The one i just got sentenced for, I have been on probation for 1 year already on it (happend a little over 2 years ago when i was under 21).... My probation officer saw me on the local news about my website, because some of the story was shot with me and my camera crew at a local bar.

My probation officer then revoked my probation because i was in a bar.

I then plead guilty to the charge. And now i was sentenced to jail, instead of just finishing probation.

Unseenworld, maybe I should explain the law here. If you are under 21 and you have ANY alcohol in your system while driving you are guilty of DUI. I had MUCH less than the legal limit is if I were over 21 at the time.

I endangered No-ones life. What I meant to say earlier was that I am sure that most everyone here has had over 0.0000% acholohol in their system before while behind the wheel.

I am in no way saying that I wasn't at fault, I was.
