Loathsome, yes, and an affront to everything pertaining to sex and the enjoyment thereof by most "normal" or otherwise self-proclaimed "right-thinking" people. It obviously depicts an individual who has complete and utter disdain for what you and I consider normal sex between two consenting partners, yet there he is, enjoying a rather intense orgasm, virtually spitting in the faces of all who would judge him and self-riteously cry for his demise.
And I for one love it. :D
