i don't see anything wrong with her being in jail.
people that argue against it are the same people that argue that the steroid heads in baseball were doing nothing wrong because it wasn't against the rules of baseball.
Sorry kids... she drank, she drove, then she drove without a license... got arrested... sentenced to jail time. life sucks.
I don't really care if she is the poster child.. she is getting what she deserves. It's unfortunate the judges in the other high profile cases didnt' follow through. Like they always say.. don't do the crime if you can't do the time. No sympathy here whatsoever.
