there are scripts like youtube available for cheap... also a mgp may do the trick.
What i'll do will be edit some videos for the "preview" page and load on a separate virtual host the paid section.... then on the htaccess file i'll put a redirect rule.. so nobody can access the paid section directly unless it comes refered fom the login page or something like that.
