Yeah I think the bottom line is the guy is dead and she killed him and therefore her life is forfeit. But it simply doesnt work that way.
In the sentancing, the judge said he didnt feel the public would be served by incarcerating her. I suppose because the only person she wanted to kill was.....killed by her already, lol.
Oh well, something else.
