I wouldn't use any of those unless you're prepared for some development expenses.
clip-share is just about the best commercial option out there right now, but they're kinda shady to deal with.
I'd stay away from alstrasoft for sure. Well, they're both pirates and they both intentionally sabatoge their own "opensrc" code (that you just bought and downloaded) so unless you know what you're doing, pay a programmer or pay the developer, you'll never get it installed.
A flvplayer is another expense you'll need to lay out, but not very expensive. I can get you anything you need for any of these. I know these scripts pretty well and I have some pretty good core developers working for me.
Whatever you use, no matter. You have to work on it.
I have a youtube clone I'll sell you and install for $50 bucks WITH an unbranded FLVPlayer already included ;)
(And you can charge for upload accounts, or not).
