I am honestly stunned that more program owners and copyright holders don't have lawyers on the job getting after programs that encourage this stuff. I am starting to think that many of the supposedly big programs just ain't got the cash to do the job anymore.

I am surprised program owners are not talking about this. Why is it that it seems like the affiliates are the ones who have to bring all of this up and try to make things better for sponsor so the affiliate can protect his own ass.
Should be the other way around, the sponsor should be out their protecting their own ass and helping the people who make them money.
Maybe some are working behind the scenes and not posting about it. It would be nice to see them at least post in support, let people know they take it seriously and working on it. Even the ones that don't plan on doing anything about these issues and just hope they will go away, the least they could do is post that they support what affiliates are trying to do. At least recongize the problem publicly so your affiliates know you at least give a shit.
I just don't understand how so many sponsors could be affected by content theft and it seems like less than 5% will even comment on it. strange.
