Rent a boat and cruise around partying and have dinner on it etc.
or
Rent a decked out strectched SUV limo and go to dinner then go from place to place all night long so you only have to rent the limo and not a room.
or
Have a party at your house and bring in catered food, orchestra/entertainers etc.
or
Dinner and then a concert/play/ballet or night jet skiing in your suit yeaa haaa (sorry just pictured you on a jet ski at night in that beige suit you had on with your wife on the back and water spraying everywhere! argh!) not a good idea on second thought.
or how about lunch then horseback riding or balloon rides/air tour?
