Spoken in past tense. Gore said "has stored" and not "is storing." By 2002 Saddam passed all weapons inspections.

What she said may have been true, and nowhere in that quote did she say that Saddam currently has WMD. Her belief that Saddam made a mockery of the inspections was based on inspectors being thrown out. The people who headed up those inspections came forward before the war and said that there likely was no WMD in Iraq. That was the basis for the UN not supporting this war.
In the end it was Bush who took us into this war. Clinton didn't do it, and we know Gore wouldn't have done it either since he came out against it from the start.
