get to know your partner, the sounds they make when they're enjoying something... but imo, it's best to be straight up. not right in the middle of the act, but maybe after you can casually bring up what each of you likes. Talk about your own personal fantasies is a good way to share! Be open and sensitive and you'll get to know all the things you need to to make it enjoyable for you both
