Find a small local library in dire need and lease it for the evening for a few thousand. (Of course whomever they want to be there is allowed) Have it decked out like a Prom Party being held in the scholl library. All the decorations etc.

Have pics of her High School days blown up, music, snacks etc. So if the bored ones want, then they can catch up on a good book.
