thanks you guys, i didn't describe it correctly because i'm not so smart about this.
what i'm looking for is domain redirection and cloaking.
surfer is redirected seamlessly to box closer to him for faster transfer, but surfer still sees original domain in his address window.
the idea is to use cheap hosting for different geographic regions so content loads fast.
