If it plays, it can be captured, it can be redistributed. Nobody bothers to rip your stuff because it's all available at the local video store or has already been ripped 10 times over. Further, you aren't the original producer of this content, so you wouldn't be the one getting ripped off, now would you?
As for fox, well: Why rip the day after stream when people have already digitized and torrented the original right from boardcast the day before? It is already way too fucking late in the cycle at that point - and if fox is giving it away for free, who the fuck would BOTHER to rip the stream?
