Thankfully, that sort of stuff doesn't appeal to people except potentially other anorexics and a few very fucked up individuals perhaps with a deprivation fetish. Our bodies and our subconscious are just not wired to find that attractive (men by nature are attracted to healthy looking girls that could carry our children... it is the nature of all animals to be attracted to mates that can carry our spawn).
For me, images like this would be no different than offering up images of any other terminally ill person and calling it porn. I trust nobody in this business is stupid enough to profit for sickness and mental illness.
