Unfortunately, I don't use Paypal, I use only Epassporte.
But there are a number of honest guys here who do some kind of exchange for 5% or so. So let's say if you lose the bet, then you pay him like $320 via PayPal and he pays me the full $300 via epassporte. Sounds like a hassle but is easily doable...
