Last night's dinner for me =
A small tossed salad with greens, goat-cheese, green apple, and a light vinegarette.
a 1 lb. bone-in Ribeye steak, marinated and grilled to perfection... flipped only once.
a beautiful ear of white corn bought at the farmer's market that morning - and hydrated in the sun all day until dinner... cooked over the course of 35 minutes in the grill's warming tray.
A few small Yukon Gold potatoes - covered in extra-virgin olive oil and sea salt - and baked until the skins were crispy.
I love summer eatin'
