I also tend to agree with him about MMA fighters not getting into physical altercations outside of an organized situation. Yes, there are usually at least three sides to every story, and I know you feel you need to defend your employee, but let's stop and think for just one second.

I guess I don't understand the logic of drinking to the point that you force people to hurt you, but I have never really been much of a drinker myself.
I think if he is going to insist on getting into fights he should try it sober. He might stand a better chance.
