If you hate having to deal with form data and processing as much as I do, then check out this free script I found. It ROCKS!

I created my form, then pointed it toward this script (it gives you the code), then filled out every form variable and submitted it. This script captures each field - then you tell it if it's a checkbox variable, dropdown etc.. and it puts your data into a nice format for you.

Definitely worth the 5 minutes it'll take to check out the demo!
