ok, I've waisted one hour on GOogle and I'm still nowhere

when the enbedded video plays I click options, slide the acceleration bar to none PrtSc and when I paste in Paint and save the image its just black instead of a screenshot

when I'm doing it form WMP it is the same even though the acceleration is to none there too

help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
