You missed my point there fella. If you are a trained fighter the law looks at you differenly than a person who isn't. A trained fighter is looked upon by the law as a deadly weapon against someone who isn't. The charges could be more serious, like assault w/ a deadly weapon, etc...instead of simple assault.
