I don't like message board pissing matches, but to run with the article information that "people are generating content for fun and not for profit" is foolish and a cop-out.
Not even bringing 2257 into this, no way this is the future. The idea individuals mass producing niche and micro niche content to give away is foolish. Even granting the fact that a small portion of the "swinger" community will exploit themselves for fun, without commercial production of content, consumer needs will not be satisfied. This business thrives on NEW content.
There is NO WAY to spin that torrent sites that help distribute unauthorized content is o.k.
Funding them with advertising money is NOT o.k.
