If I was the guy who kicked the kid I would have sued the parent for anguish
PS I DO have a kid that age, and I would NEVER let them leave my or my fiances hands for one second esp in a crowd that big.
But then again, my kid isnt being raised in day care and actually listens to us when we ask her to do something.
