I rreally don't want to be a grammar nazi, but you hit on a pet peeve of mine.... and since this is the first response, I figure I can hit ya up, and you can repost the string.

I realize English might not be your primary language - and no harm no foul, ya know...

But it's "well." "Will pay well."

And another bit of advice: you might want to give a general impression of what the job would entail if you want a legitimate response to this.
