It could be... certainly looks evil enough to be one. I have only been able to identify one of the seven Feline Overlords. They are almost impossible to track down. It took me six years to find it and took six more months to plan out the perfect op to get it out in the open. Everything went smooth until some fucking Australian twit managed to ruin the entire sting op in under a minute. Six and a half years of work went up in flames (literally) because of her one phone call... fucking bitch.
