There is a nuclear imaging stress test that can be done. You get injected with a mildly radioactive isotope, then they take images of your heart's blood supply. The isotope makes it possible to see the blood distribution.
Then you get an a treadmill until you're pretty exhausted and they take the same set of images again for comparison.
