first thing, find GREAT, not over-saturated promo content
then according your niche create a list of 10-50+ big tgps which accept that niche and hand submit to them (you may want to use robo form to make that easier but still hand submit)
then you can get some software like chameleon submitter to submit to hundreds others, which will probably send you just 1/10 from the traffic you will get from the big ones where u hand submitted
