We had some issues with the way the promo was setup on some of the sites ( PLIB and RAB), all issues have now been resolved. We will cross reference all data we have and credit any sale that wasnt properly credited.
The issue was due to the fact that we enabled the promo day without adding PLIB and Racks to the promo programs. All refcode changes are normal tho, as we redirect the links to the promo program( higher payout ) .
Also , this issue arised at 1AM , we were all sleeping at that time, thus why nobody was answering. We will however strongly consider implementing a 24 hour support system, in order to avoid a similar situation from repeating itself.
