the reality is this for the fat generation:
statistically, even with the advances of modern medicine to mitigate poor nutrition of a contemporary diet, people on a processed food diet will live shorter, less healthful lives.
and this is the first time in history that lifespans are actually decreasing in civilized society.
fat people do impact everyone who you buys medical insurance.
every 6 months our family premium goes up, most of these increases are due to obesity related health issues.
the irony is that there's plenty of info everywhere about diet and exercise, with tons of it at our finger tips in the information age.
we have only ONE experience on earth. you might as well do it in a healthy body for a long time. it is probably true that if you eat for 100% health and longevity you will not get as much pleasure from eating.
a plate of steamed cauliflower is not even close to the pleasure of eating a banana split at dairy queen.
but that is the choice we do with our time on earth; do we eat food that is manufactured to TASTE GOOD so it sells and life a shorter, less healthy life...or do we value life so much that we take the effort to be really healthy.
diet and exercise is real work, but you will feel better, live longer, and bang more beaver.
