i was the same way always saying i was going to do it and never actually doing it.
i got to tell you it CAN be done, but it is an ENTIRE lifestyle change, and always stick to your workout schedule, even missing it once can throw you off, once you stop it is the hardest thing starting again so i suggest keeping it up.
also working out changes everything, i feel 1000x better mind, body and soul.

For me, it's not about the weight. While I can afford to lose a few extra pounds, for me it's about getting rid of the belly and just getting myself into better overall shape.
