I'm working with a programmer on a project, it was set forth to be a 5 day project. I did the database layout for them, I gave them a complete mockup of the finished product, I explained every step of the process to them, I told them my preferred PHP functions to use, hell, I held their hand every step of the way...

We're now entering week 10 of our five day project... And to top it off, they're asking for a 40% raise. Raised based on what? Your outstanding performance?

What the fuck is wrong with people?
