sue her. she may not have money now, but she will later. eventually she'll have to get a job, and when she does the government will take a huge chunk of her paycheck and give it to you. it will be like christmas every two weeks.
sue the pants off her, man. do not let people trample all over you. don't let her screw you over. stand up for yourself. if she was old enough to enter into a contract, then she's old enough to pay the consequences for breaking a contract.
