When my niece was 11 going on 12 plenty of adults in the family commented that she looked 18. She ran away at 12 for the first of many times, turned tricks on the street and got into many bars.

She was tall for her age and when done up all slutty with makeup and slutty clothes believe me she easily passed for 18.

It happens.

Is it right? Hell no. It was a damn shame. But it shows that there are plenty of guys out there that go on looks and don't ask a girl if she's over 18 before going for it.
