People are talking about Little Lupe so much because she's blowing up in popularity. As a person that promotes solo girls a lot, I can think of many girls off the top of my head that look more "childish" (and I'm sure they're not either - just posed that way a bit). In fact in my eyes, she's definitely not even the youngest looking Teen Revenue girl.
