"A SCHOOL teacher who allegedly filmed up the skirts of more than 3000 women and teenagers was released on bail by a magistrate today.
Robert Ian Drummond, 41, an English teacher at a high school in Sydney, carried out his crimes for two years using a camera carried in a plastic shopping bag, police alleged.
He was arrested when a 14-year-old girl complained to police that she had been filmed at a store in Warringah Mall........
