At the moment I'm using
Power360 Hosting (look Ma, no refcode!) and am quite happy with the 2.5 GB diskspace and 50 GB bandwidth they give me for $4.99 per month. They even have Zend installed, so you can run Zend encrypted scripts like Vanilla TGP, Comus (I think that's Zend encrypted anyway) and etcetera.
Seeing as I've just given you what sounds like a sales pitch, I may as well warn you that they are a bit slow to respond to support problems (in my book 30-60 mins per response is slow, but then I'm a demanding bastard) and I'm not quite sure if a problem I had the other night was because of their servers playing up, or just because I'd have been better off using dot.TK's custom DNS services. Other than that, sterling stuff for the price per month - I've not found any other host that can match that sort of price and provide me with the same amount of bandwidth.
