-Sell many types of consensual pornography (anything that is deemed obscene).
-Open a bank account without a government check.
-Marry more than one person.

Those are all federal. State and local laws are still laws infringing on freedoms. The topic was about America and lack of freedoms.

The wiretapping isn't about whether or not they are wiretapping you for a good reason, it's whether they can wiretap you for no reason (which they can).
