I don't agree with everything on that list, but they are laws that infringe on freedom. Certainly countries like Venezuela have less freedom than us, but lets not pretend that we don't have some of our freedoms taken away.
Which of those are federal laws? Look like mostly state or local laws. Many of which are far from nationwide. Helmet law? There are many states you do not need a helmet. I dont see one on there that is not legal in some state. The swearing and obscenity is on public tv over the air channels. I dont disagree with that one. There should be channels that are safe for everyone to watch. Privacy? Come on now we both know better than that. If you have a wiretap on your phone its very likely there is a very good reason for it. They dont just randomly tap someones phone lol.
