Jaywalking is illegal for a reason. It can cause an accident. Plain and simple. Should we do away with stop signs, and traffic signals etc. Where did you see burning the flag is illegal again? Try and post things that are at least factual. Sheesh.

90% what you posted has no basis factually. Smoke a cigarette in a hotel room? Yes get a room that allows smoking. That is not regulated by the government, but buy the hotel owners except for areas like New York City. Those are local laws. They are changed by speaking to your represenitive and using the proper channels to get things changed. Democracy. We vote on things here. Whether it is done by local ballot, or by the vote your representative casts.
