I believe that would prolly fall under some kind of 'bio-hazard' because you're willy-nilly throwing bodily fluids about.
I think two people who wanna do that should be able to..as long as they both want to... but filming it and disturbing it prolly gets a lot more complicated. can you say "snuff film"?
