I don't know where you get this lefty stuff. As I've have stated many times I am a independent. I have never been a registered democrat. I have been a registered republican before. My first presidential election was in 1988. I voted for Jack Kemp in the primaries and Daddy Bush in the main election. In 2000 if the GOP had nominated McCain there would be no doubt that I would have voted for him over Gore. I'm also for the abolition of social security and affirmitive action. On abortion I'm for parental notification and banning abortions after the 9th week of pregnancy. So I'm a really lefty aren't I?
If you republicans would like to have voters like me back in the fold try putting in better candidates. As an atheist I am not going to support a Jesus freak that basically support making all non-jesus freak 2nd class citizens. And someone in this business I'm not supporting a Jesus freak that is intent on taking food off my table.
