LMAO ... finally it doesn't hurt to actually pay all my guys in USD ... damn for months on end it was like $1.20 conversion here .. now it is like I am getting a little bonus .. but on the other hand .. joins are in USD and it sucks when we're only charging peanuts for sites and then getting it back at almost par .. it used to be great to have exchange rates that would be like a bonus for the join of 20 cents on the dollar .. oh well has it pros and cons ..
